About Me
Christian wife and mom who enjoys cooking, gardening, sewing, photography, scrapbooking, card making, reading, writing, blogging, and spending time with my family.
We are a Christian homeschooling family. One of our essential subjects is home ec, which means we spend a lot of time in the kitchen together. Yes, even my boys are learning to cook! My oldest actually would like to be a chef!
There are some special health issues in the family, which makes cooking a challenge...a BIG challenge! My husband has GERD; we are both lactose intolerant; my daughter has Type 1 Diabetes. My daughter and I are vegetarian; my husband, my step daughter and my sons are not.
